Who wants to see the return of the forgotten comic relief character from Half-Life: Blue Shift and Half-Life 2? That's right! Your favourite security guard from Black Mesa who owes Gordon Freeman a beer!

A lot of people had been requesting for a Barney Calhoun character in the past but none seems to make one for some reason. There was one made by Xenecrite/1337gamer15 under "Barney Casual", but some complained his face is barely Barney and that his head had texture problem with neck being too long.

Inspired from Xenecrite/1337gamer15 mod, I've finally ported into this real HL2 Barney. Barney face is Episode One with his beard not shaved, making him more like a regular matured zombie fighter. As title states, Barney Calhoun will replaces Nick.

I once abandoned this mod because my alpha test didn't work out. It was a flop in the past. But with many people recently requested for it again, I'm reviving the mod by totally replacing with the newly improved Barney addon file.

Things should be able to work now. The wait for Barney Calhoun presence in L4D2 is officially over!

Barney Calhoun now has:
- Eye and facial posing (ported from HL2)
- His Civil Protection viewmodel arms
- HUD icon, incapped icon, and lobby image


Barney Calhoun character is owned by Valve
