If you want to replace the original voice of Charger, head to the file of "charger" after clicking "players" from the "left4dead" file. Just copy and paste it for replacing them. After that, open up the game and type "snd_rebuildaudiocache" on the command console. Wait for it to be loaded and BAM! The customized voice mod finally replaced the original Charger's voice.
