Cpt.Price voice pack for Bill replaces 752 lines of Bill
DO NOT PLACE THIS VPK INTO YOUR ADDONS FOLDER. IT WILL NOT WORK IF ENABLED FROM THE GAME

installation
Open the VPK you downloaded (use GCFScape to open VPKs)  
1. CREATE A COPY OF THE EXISTING DLC 2 NAMVET VOICES AT left 4 dead 2\left4dead2_dlc2\sound\player\survivor\voice\namvet. You should have namvet - Copy
2. Leave the copied version of the folder alone, and DELETE EVERYTHING INSIDE THE namvet FOLDER
3. With the VPK still open, place EVERY SOUND FILE INSIDE left4dead2_dlc3\namvet inside the namvet folder
and then start left4dead 2 and then type in console snd_rebuildaudiocache
