      Well made

      Well balanced. Although it doesn't has an impressive color theme, it made me think it could be another The Passing. However, the gameplay is a bit bland, and for that I played this on Realism Expert, I have to say that there's too little ammo in the finale.

      Could be tricky to get into, but it only gets better with playtime.

      Pros:
       - Well paced. Never feels there is a moment where survivors become overwhelmed through attrition.
       - Works well in Versus. There are several choke points as well as death charge potential in many places to learn.
       - Events are nicely unambiguous. It is clear what will start them and how to end them if they don't end on their own.
       - Bots play well on this campaign. No issue with navigation or scavenging.

      Cons:
       - Drab color scheme with little variance.
       - Several easy to access no nav locations.
       - Secondary weapons are rare.
       - Forced car alarm on map 3.
       - Finale can be confusing where to go, especially when it is required to drop through a hole in the floor.
       - No randomness. Path will be identical each play through. Only item spawns will vary.

      One of my favorite campaigns, and one of the rare ones that I would enjoy for Versus. It's fun to play through initially, and once you learn the map the pacing lends itself well to faster paced game play. Each map aside from the first also has an event to go through, and each one felt very fair. In particular, the only gauntlet of the map has several grenades placed before the alarmed door, and then immediately after you would have used some, there are some more grenades in the back of a truck along the path, so there's no issue with getting through it quickly. The finale is one big gauntlet like The Parish, and also like The Parish it only has one Tank within a predetermined location. At worst the Tank could punch someone off the building, but the Finale is rather good compared to some other gauntlet type custom finales. My biggest complaints with the map are that secondary weapons are rare unless you aren't picky with your melee weapon (which let's face it, most of them are just straight trash) and the finale is rather obscure which way to go. I think some lights or something could have helped, but I think this map is beyond seeing any updates at this point, so I guess just learning the correct path is the way to go. At least there's no randomness in that regard. I would definitely recommend this campaign to anyone who's willing to invest time beyond an initial play through.

      挺不错

      很有官图味,救援图楼道里一只tank有点难受,路挺多但是不绕,很容易找到路,一路冲向楼顶还是挺有趣的

      No Complaints

      Great and stable. This map always brings out the salt on the losing side.

      Exhausting - makes you want to abandon all gauntlet events forever

      There is good quality here in the look and construction, and I know that some players and custom map builders want a good challenge. But a map comprised of a non-stop gauntlet with endless hordes is tiring, frustrating and makes you want to swear off all maps with a gauntlet run. In my opinion, if you want a challenge, play expert realism. This much non-stop running and hordes is like eating nothing but cheesecake for a year. After the first two pieces, you are done and start to feel sick. This experience made me irritated, exhausting, frustrated and dedicated to never playing it again.
      Well done with the visuals, though.

      No negative points, really

      Well built, well-lit, with great balance of supplies. The finale may get a little fatigued closer to the end, good thing the melee weaponry is so OP in this game. I would like to point out some issues, but so far I have not found any.

      Top map

      Considerations:

      - Enough supplies;
      - Big maps;
      - Nice design;
      - Spawns are ok;
      -  No relevant bugs/glitches;
      - Good rush ending;
      -Guns are ok;
      -Many zombies to fight in the end, but ok;

      Conclusion:
      Really interest concepts and a very well made map. Top for sure.

      A Good Portrayal

      I'd get the usual stuff out of the way first; this add-on campaign doesn't have any bug and glitches when we played it. There were three of us and one character was an AI, we didn't notice any navigation issues as well. The distribution of supplies, frequency of hordes and special infected spawn are all normal. One thing that makes this map stand out is the atmosphere and vibe of the surroundings. Other maps that has good design tend to be 'too alive' or 'too dead' for a zombie apocalypse. I think Carried Off has hi the balance between the two. A great map overall that has given me and my friends quite an experience. Here's a snippet of our gameplay:

      Perfect campaign. Great map design. No navmesh bugs. No glitches/bugs. Nice work. Well... an interesting nav fail at the finale occured. Rochelle ran onto the chopper and fell off the building lol.

      good old fashioned quality long campaign!

      Not much I am willing to say about this, mainly because I'd rather people experience it for themselves.
      What I'll say for now is if you've been holding out on downloading a campaign now's a good time!
      This campaign takes me back to the good old days of the first Left 4 Dead when campaigns were long but also great.
      You don't see a lot of that done well together any more, so don't miss out on this campaign!

      It's Pretty Good

      PROS
      Good layout and atmosphere
      Fun events
      3 Maps are well supplied

      CONS
      Did not see much ammo in the finale
      Finale layout not so good

      CONCLUSION
      The maps are very well made, but that finale can just drag on and on. With all the stairs, it just gets so congested and stale quickly. You have to burn some ammo, because there's a dense horde the whole time, but you aren't given much. If it didn't give me throwables often enough, the tedium would have dropped the campaign down 2 stars instead of 1.

      Pros:

      -Quite a few unique scenarios lying around, e.g an alarmed car that you have to trigger in order to proceed
      -Finale was unique and cool; I haven't played a crescendo finale before
      -Finale was pretty well balanced; lots of room to kite the tank
      -Ammo and resources were well balanced as well, though could use more pills/adrenaline as a 'reward' for exploring

      Cons:

      -First map was rather bland
      -First map didnt have any tanks/witches, and was too easy; my team had 90+ health
      -Atmosphere was the same throughout; a tad dull at times

      Conclusion:

      Very good campaign, I cant remember where but there were quite a few unique scenarios created in the game. Resources were pretty well balanced as well. Only thing was that the first map was pretty dull.

      8.2

      Pros:

      - Good atmosphere
      - Nice pathing

      Cons:

      - Some areas felt really poor and dull
      - Almost no dialogue
      - Found it incredibly easy
      - Lack of Tanks

      Conclusion:

      Although it's a nice campaign, it still has some things that could be corrected to make it amazing. Missed tanks and difficulties in some of the levels. I sometimes left aid kids because I didn't need them. Still a good job.

      8.5

      Pros:

      -Realistic maps and environments
      -Good trigger events
      -Unique sewer area
      -Amazing building/finale map. The detail level was very good there.

      Cons:

      -Lacking some detail in the first map or two.
      -No unique dialogue

      Conclusion:

      I really enjoyed the finale. Even though it was hard, the layout was phenomenal. There was the right amount of grenades and ammo as well.

      Pros:

      - Very detailed in most areas and your time on this was well spent.
      - Worth playing everyday.
      - Sort of reminds me of those good ol' days of playing long campaigns.

      Cons:

      - Some areas felt abandoned, as in, some of them weren't even worth exploring cuz they were empty; no zombies or items around those empty areas.
      - Finale had constant hordes. I didn't think I could ever finish it on Expert.

      Conclusion:

      This is one of my favorite campaigns. Almost feels like a campaign that Valve would make. My only suggestion is to go easy on the finale. On expert, it almost feels unbeatable. Also, I just wish that you added more interesting things to those empty areas like something "eye-catching" to players. Overall, 9/10 for a very fun and challenging campaign.

      8.5

      Pros:

      - atmospheric
      - good level design and detail

      Cons:

      - finale has a constant horde
      - could use some distinct areas

      Conclusion:

      An underrated campaign, I enjoyed it more than some 10/10 and 9/10 campaigns on here. Reminiscent of the Passing.

      Pros:

      Decent Level Layout

      Good Pacing

      Good Weapon/Item Placing

      Cons:

      Uninteresting Locations

      Uninspired Level Design

      Poor Closet Placement

      Conclusion:

      What we have here is a painfully adequate level design. Truly a case of "It would be better if it were worse".

      There's nothing wrong with this map, but there's nothing really great about it either. The scenery is uniform grey, the maps are either straight lines or squares, and there really isn't anything interesting happening to break up such a long map. It's a map by the numbers. Well made, but could use a larger dose of creativity.

      The only functional complaint I have is the beach under the first bridge, which gently slopes into the water, giving no visual cue that walking into the water will kill you. This needs either a sharp edge or some other visual indicator of the danger, or a barrier.

      I give it a B-

      9.5

      Pros:

      + Good map design
      + Good difficulty
      + Great events
      + Almost everything

      Cons:

      - Maybe a little too easy at times
      - Too short

      Conclusion:

      Great dynamic campaign, I don't think I've ever played so dynamic campaign. There were no dull moments, no too long segments or huge courtyards to slow everything down, only fast paced well put together maps.
      I really loved the finale, it was one of the greatest finale maps I've played in a long time. I was a little disappointed in the length of individual maps and the campaign itself but adding to the length, other than that, I absolutely loved it. Maybe, it could've been a little more challenging.

      Pros:

      Great atmosphere
      Seems similar to The Passing
      Great ambient sounds
      Didn't find any issues with NAV
      Good environment detail

      Cons:

      The Finale is a bit too much on the bots. They had trouble keeping up with me.
      Seems to have an identity crisis - The campaign doesn't have anything memorable in it

      Conclusion:

      A great campaign! Virtually no problems with NAV, great environment, but the campaign doesn't seem to have anything memorable to it. Good job though!

End of results.
