    If L4D was on steroids

    First off this campaign is one of the most beautiful and detailed ones out there while also being one of the longest (not a complaint at all). The level of detail and atmosphere of the campaign persists through it's 6 chapters. The ideas implemented here really make you think what are the limits of this now 15 year old game, even though the campaign was made much earlier. It doesn't stay boxed in the whole L4D style formula of events which makes it really unique but also in some parts a bit confusing. One event on the 2nd, one on 3rd and one on the 4th map really were a bit missed for me. Although compliments on all the other events and especially on the entire 5th map which is a pure masterpiece of making a normal town map so gameplay diverse and enhancing it beyond comprehension. Also the finale is a pure gem on both the gameplay and esthetic front and goes up top with the best of both official and custom campaigns (the whole water section still stays my no. 1 most jaw dropping moment in this game in terms of art).
