Review

Pretty average campaign overall, and wayyyyy too easy. So first of all; it can be rather confusing on where to go. Some things that are normally not climbable are in this campaign, which will no doubt throw off players. I think it's especially bad at the beginning of chapter 2, where you're supposed to climb into a random vent, which doesn't even have a ladder in front of it. The specials spawning from there gave me the hint I needed though as specials always spawn ahead of you with the exception of smokers. Regarding the difficulty, the over-abundance of health kits make this campaign far too easy to the point where it started feeling like every other corner I turned, there was a health pack. Chapter 2 is poorly optimised and causes high ping.

Design-wise, the campaign is rather generic and empty feeling. It's apparently a tower, I'm assuming those sky-rise type shopping buildings you see in China. There's quite a lot of missing textures on this campaign, and for some reason the file size of this campaign is abnormally large despite the lack of custom assets for the most part. The finale is also extremely underwhelming as it's not even set up to be a gauntlet, so it just plays like any other map, but there is seemingly a death timer if you don't get into the rescue vehicle, which the bots seem to struggle or not bother to get into, which is not good. My playtime lasted above 50 minutes, so it's a bit on the longer side.

The author should also consider doing away with the unbreakable doors abundant in this campaign, the infected constantly get stuck behind these doors which again, lowers the difficulty quite considerably. Overall a rather poorly-designed and thought out campaign, would not recommend this one.
